A showcase of NSW producers
The Lucknow Christmas Markets began as a way to bring the region's growers and makers together for a morning of Christmas shopping. That purpose hasn't changed.
Every stall is selected by our team for quality, provenance and variety. Visitors can expect fresh produce, pantry goods, local wine and handmade gifts — with coffee and food from the Larder & Home cafe throughout the morning.

Stallholder standards
Made or grown in New South Wales
Everything offered for sale must be made, grown or substantially produced in NSW — by the stallholder, or by NSW producers named in the application.
We welcome
- Growers of fruit, vegetables, flowers and plants
- Packaged artisan food — preserves, honey, oils, baked goods and confectionery
- NSW wine, cider, beer and spirits, with the appropriate licence
- Handmade ceramics, woodwork, leather, textiles, jewellery and art
- Christmas decorations and gifts made in NSW
We do not accept
- Imported or mass-produced goods
- Stock sourced from online marketplaces such as Temu, Shein, AliExpress or Amazon
- Drop-shipped, wholesale-catalogue or party-plan products
- Goods made outside NSW and resold
- Coffee or hot food — these are provided by the Larder & Home cafe
To give visitors a genuine variety, the number of stalls in each category is limited. Stalls may be inspected on the day, and stock or stalls that do not meet these standards will be removed without refund.

From application to market day
Apply online
Tell us exactly what you'll sell, where it's made, and share photos of your products and your process.
Review
Our team reviews every application by hand as it arrives, balancing each category to build the market mix.
Confirmation
Successful applicants are notified by email and invoiced for their stall. Please don't pay when you apply.
Market week
Your stall number, site map and information pack are emailed in the week before the market.
Fees & conditions
Stallholder information
No marquees, power, water or gas are supplied, and marquees must be weighted. The market proceeds in wet weather and is only cancelled in extreme conditions. Some sites are on a slope. There are strictly no vehicle movements during trading hours; the car park is reserved for guests, with stallholder parking on Emu Swamp Road, Carroll Street and Phoenix Mine Road.

Applications are open until the market is full. It takes about ten minutes — have two to four product photos and a photo of your workspace or growing area ready.
